If your tumbler was damaged, defective, or wrong, you can choose a full refund or a free replacement, and we’ll cover the shipping cost.
Exchanges

You can exchange your tumbler only if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a new one for free.

If you just want a different color or design, please place a new order after your return is done.
